I have not been outside for quite a few days now.
The PM tried to be nice and take me for a walk in my harness but like a fool, I bolted, tried to climb a tree and broke the harness.
Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!
I have been passing my time painting with the wee ones
and wrangling some horses.
The family are going away for a few days to visit the in-laws and we are going to be alone until Monday.
I hope it pours all weekend. Sorry, I am not feeling like myself.
There are some other cats out there on their own this weekend so I better brighten up a bit and go visiting. No use wallowing in self pity right?

Breaking the harness probably wasn't a very good idea. We actually enjoy going outside on our harnesses, since it's not safe for us to go outside otherwise.
That's right Goldie, no self-pity it calls for revenge! ;) Time to whap stuff, put the bitey on things you're told not to when your beans are home and sleep where you're told not to too! ;) Now that you've thought about it a bit more hopefully it won't sounds so bad...
I'm sure I could loan you a kitten to play with if you'd like, the trouble is they like to play at strange hours of the day, or so Mummy claims! ;)

Goldie, I'm gonna be alone again this weekend, but only for one night. Why doncha bring your toys over and we'll have our own party. I've got a brand new bag of that really yummy food and lots of filtered water, as well as plenty of Greenies, so we can have a good time! We can invite all the lonely cats to come play.
Poor Goldie! First that naughty fox ruins your outstide mousing time and now you're going to be all by your own self all weekend? That's SO not fair!

We,, breaking the harness was maybe not a great idea! But at least the wee ones keep you busy (and you them probably also) :) Maybe you'll become a great artist instead of a mouse hunter ;-)
Well, try to enjoy the time alone, at least now you can do whatever you have been not allowed to do!
While I am sorry you can't go outside as much, I am glad you are safe! You are welcome to stay at our place, our Meowm doesn't return until Sunday!
