Christmas Wrap-Up

Christmas Wrap-Up

Everyone has been so busy running around this Holiday that we haven't had any time to post. I put my paw down and said we had to do one last one this year so here we are. Us cats are pretty bushed after this past week too.

Christmas with a 4 and 6 year old can be a little wild!

We did a couple of swaps with some fine German kitties this Christmas. Our first one was from our friends Luna, Olli and Luzie. The PM had planned on opening it on Christmas with all of us around but the wee lad had picked it up at the mailbox and was so excited it was opened early with no camera. We got the photos later.

Some cool toys!

A neat felted kitty!

Yummy, yummy treat sticks!!!!!

Some cute ornaments for our cat tree.

Thanks so much Luna, Olli and Luzie!! We loved everything including the pieces of dried nip from your garden!

Our next package came from our furiends Siena and Chilli!

I got to take my time opening this one on Christmas Day.

Filled with some great soft ball toys!

Very good for bunny kicking!!

Some neat German treats, you foreign kitties have all the cool yummies!!

This is a special wet felted turtle.

See? Very special! He's to be filled with this stuff~

Valerian!! We had heard about how cats liked it but we don't have any around here. This is how this swap came about. That stuff is powerful!!!!

Shade had a little whiff...

... and was strung out for hours!!

Thanks so much Chilli and Siena!!!!!!

Finally, we want to say thank you to all the kitties that sent us cards, paper and vitual ones! The PM has a cat tree for us in the kitchen where all our cards go.

It looks great! We haven't received them all yet so if yours isn't there it must still be in the mail. Our postman must be ill or on holiday as we haven't gotten any mail yet this week!!

The wee ones also took some cards for a display in their room so we can see them all over!!

The PM put this seat right beside our tree and we all fight for it!!

Goldie normally hogs it though!

Wishing you all a wonderful New Year and we'll see you all in 2010!!

You get your own tree?!?! How did you wrangle such a cool deal? We just get yelled at to leave the tree that we have to share alone.
Our post men went on strike over Christmas. They're going to regret it when they see the mail backlog that they need to deal with, we think!

You got lots of lovely presents. I have got a plague ratsie with nip and valerian in it, and even Eric who doesn't do nip likes to play with it.

Those are really neat gifts! We will have to try some dried valerian. We like catnip and it might be fun to try something different.

Wow you guys had a great Christmas with all those cool gifts from your furiends! A lot of them look homemade and quite unique. Yes, we think we'll try to dredge up some valerian, too, and see what difference is makes from the catnip.

Great pictures of you three enjoying yourself. Happy Mew Year!

Happy New Year dear friends!!!
Oh we are glad to see you had a great Christmas and you like the things we send you!
We are so sorry, friends, that we played off the foxtail your mom sewed for us. She did a great job!Unfortunately we could not stop playing and playing until it was dead.
Mom rescued the felted arcorn ornaments high on the tree and says that is not for us ....oh it smells sooo good to but we respect it finally.

What a nice stroll through your Christmas time with you. It's fun to get prezzies from another country as they are unusual and different! You can find Valerian in Health Food Stores sometimes and it's in a lot of homeopathic calming tinctures, too.
