No, no we are not talking about used litter or the actual litter itself.
We are using TWB litter now and it comes in a bag but before, our litter came in these big jugs. The PM kept them as she thought they would be useful for something and she figured that something out!
She was organizing all the craft supplies as the MM just put up some shelves in the playroom and thought these would be perfect. She gathered up all the jugs, took off the labels and washed them out.
Then she gathered up a box cutter and scissors.
She took the jug and cut a big opening around the spout. This is very tricky and you have to be very careful as the box cutter is super sharp and the plastic isn't very stable. We really couldn't watch that part.

What a great idea. It also gives me hope that the pile of stuff I have collected in a cupboard 'just incase' may one day be put to use! :P
Could the PM please come over and organise our mom's stuff? She's a little collector, so everything looks cluttered.
What a fab idea!
What a great idea! We used to use that litter too (No Name, right?) but our Mom is not nearly as creative as yours!
We are most impressed since what we have here is ONE GIANT MESS!
That is a very good idea. Our litter comes in plastic bags though.
What a great idea...mom is a wee bit unorganized and she could use your help!
Your mom's very clever love it :)
how creative!! great way at reusing for sure. We just started on the WBL...loving it. It smells faintly like barn..hahaha..but I love it...its far better than other dust filled ones and it clumps perfectly. I'm totally sold...oh ya, there is a another brand that is slightly cheaper that my sister in law gets and its essentially the same thing. I'll have to get the name.
That is a great idea; a cute, inexpensive way for organization, very creative!
How furry cwafty! We go through a lot of these each month at our house...if you lived close we would save em for you!Maybe mewmie will put them in the attic and save them for a yard sale?
We have some of those containers, too. The Big Thing uses them as refill containers from the big litter tubs he buys now. He says they are a lot easy to handle.
PAWesome idea your mom had! AND, it's furry "GREEN" of her too!!!
Very smart of your mom!
Wow. This is awesome! Your PM is really creative and thrifty! I'm super impressed cuz Mama doesn't have a creative bone in her body.
Hey, my SS does that for her gardening needs!!!!
Dat is totally pawsome!

That is a super idea and very clever of your Mom to think of that. We could us some of those but our litter comes in bags and we like to shred the bags if we can get to them. Have a great week end.
That's very crafty (geddit).
Thank you for all your kind wishes recently when I wasn't feeling well, everyone's healing purrs obviously helped to get me better.

You are so clever -- what a great idea! I would never have thought of that and it really works so well!

Your mum is furry smart.
