They are back!!

We had missed them but right now I'd enjoy another day to myself. The wee ones seem like they are on permanent vibrate mode. I thought last year was crazy, this year takes the cake. It has also been -25 C here with the wind chill, so I can't even find refuge outside! We are in the middle of a snow storm this morning so I won't be headed outside anytime soon.

Somethings happened while the PM was away.

Somecat decided to pick out all the Q-tips out of the garbage and throw them around the house.

Somecat in obsessed with the pinecone lights in the tree.

Somecat had a tussle with Shade.

Yep, Shade's nose has a war wound.

I don't like being a tattle tale but I don't want the PM to think this was me!

I will give a hint, her name rhymes with Smanshee.

Uh Oh, doesn't Banshee know that Santa is watching?

Be careful Banshee! Parker is right, Santa is watching. You don't want to spoil his mood! Maybe he keeps in mind that you are formely feral and doesn't judge too hard. Now for the wound on lovely Shade's nose: that's an absolute no-go!
Try to keep warm!

Welcome home to your family!

Suey has given me more than my fair share of wounds, and most of them were while we were playing!

We think that Santa Paws will give Banshee a free ride this week- she must have been missing your mum :)

Oh No!!!! Is Banshee on the naughty list?

Goldie we are sure the PM would never suspect you of such misbehavior.

Shade we hope your war wound heals soon. ~Purrs, Socks, Scylla & Charybdis

Banshee discovered how much fun Q-tips can be? That's funny! I'm sure Santa will appreciate her playful nature and bring her extra toys!

We are sorry you have a war wound on your nose, we hope it gets better very soon. Have a purrfect Monday.

Boy I'm sure glad the PM is back. Now look Smanshee just cause the Peace Maker is not home does not mean that peace can not be made. We can't have any wounds left on our precious Shade. Sandy Claws frowns on that at any time of the year! As far as the pinecone lights, well I would be obsessed too.

Hi Goldie. Missed hearing from you while the PM and little ones were away. You have to be patient with the "pink kittens" as they're known around here...they get all excited about the visit of Sandy Claws. I hope you are nice and cozy in your house...the weather sounds frightfully cold and snowy there. Banshee...please, no claw marks on Shade's sweet nose, thank you!

Oh little claw accidents happen Shadow, I'm sure Banshee didn't mean you harm. Never mind, your humans are home and all will be well again. We think Q Tips make the most wonderful toys. Oliver likes to steal them from the bathroom!

Stay cosy

If Maggie could get in the trash can she'd play with the Q-Tips, too. She just loves those things! Poor Shade, I hope her nose is OK.

Uh oh! Is somecat in trouble? Love that pinecone light. Pretty irrestible, if you ask me!

Why don't you all teleport down to the land in the south. Us Oz cats are sending a holiday invitation to all at Christmas to come south and enjoy the sun.

What a rough tough kitty Banshee is. Hope Santa brings him a big nip filled punch bag he can work out with.

Merry Christmas!

Hey...wouldn't it be COOL if they would make catnip flavored Q-tips?

Aren't bathrooms full of fun? Q-tips, cotton balls, various caps, tissues, dripping water, drawers to climb in, toothbrushes to chew on. On a slow day I can just go wild in there.

Oops.

I probably shouldn't have said any of this....
