.

We had a busy weekend up here in the woods as the wee lass had her birthday party. It was a nice day and it was great to have all that company. I was brushed and given lots of scritches. The PM's sister commented how I was such a sweet boy. She should come over more often!!

I escaped once and took a run around the yard.  I got spooked though and came running back after only a few minutes.

Last week the PM thought the foxes were gone so she let Shade and I out with them while they worked in the garden.

I have to say the mix of dead grass and warm wind was intoxicating!!!

I can see you're doing your morning catisthenics there, and dead grass is just the purrfect place to do it, too!

Sure looks intoxicating to us!!

We got a little outdoor time over the weekend too, but most of us would rather stay in the house and look out the windows.

Mum said wow Jasper, looks so like you. I have to agree you are furry lovely. I get to go in the yard when mum or dad are there but I scare easily and run inside too.

sounds like you had a great weekend, Goldie! Wonderful pictures of you enjoying the sunshine and scritchy grass. We had lots of rain. Gingy stepped out on the front porch for a moment...Meowmy kind of let her out the door to see what she would do...but she let herself be picked up and brought back in the house moments later.

Oh yes, the first roll of Spring! Great! Is Banshee allowed outside already? Chilli is allowed outside without her harness since a few weeks. To mom's absolute surprise she comes when called too... Phew!
