They say Fall is coming. I have noticed a slight chill in the air and I don't feel like staying outside all day long anymore.
I spend some time with the last of the blooms, watching for it to arrive.
Can't see anything this way.
Nothing over here.
Must be right around the corner though.

Hi Shade! We thought it was funny that while we are in different hemispheres, we have the same reaction to the weather at the same time. At the moment, it is getting too hot for us to play outside during the day, and we hang out inside on the tiles, instead. Winter is our favourite, because we can run around and go crazy!

Come the Autumn, I revert back to my 'winter' routine. This means I hang about indoors more and sleep in different places, like the windowsill next to the radiator.

I don't Fall to come too fast because that means Winter is right behind it.
Shade, you look very beautiful with that lovely colored foliage. You must see a lot of color up north now. We mourn the loss of the warm weather as winter approaches. Our old bones like warmth.
