**** Our special friend, Tesla, is sick and we want to send some purrrrrrrrrs her way! Get better quick, Tesla!!!****

Now for the news at our place.

Yep, you guys got it right. A newbie came into the house on Wednesday night. The PM had offered to take one of her Grammie's cats a couple of months ago, after she passed away but that didn't end up happening. She then got to thinking that if she had room for her Grammie's cat then she should be able to adopt another kitty in need. She also likes having three cats. When she was a teen, they had five cats but with the two wee ones, here, three will have to do.

I now have two sisters. Kind of depressing as I would have liked a cool little bro but them's the breaks. She will make her debut tomorrow. I can't tell you much anyway as I have only seen her briefly and she was swearing like a sailor at the time.

This is where she is living. Behind that colourful door. The PM covered the opening under the door with a blanket so she could settle in for a day or so.

I have kept my eye on the door very closely.

I like to stand here.

When I am feeling a little bushed, I recline on the wee lad's bed but facing the door so as to not miss anything.

I also like this high look out view.

What is going on in there?  You know, she plays "Thundering Herd of Elephants" solo.

Since these photos were taken, the PM has removed the blanket and we are both sniffing at the crack under the door. I have hissed and she has yowled and slapped at the door but all par for the course, I think. Shade appears to be oblivious to the new one. She hears her on occasion then walks around all "owl eyed" but hasn't really looked for her.

We're wondering if your new sister is little or grown-up? Needless to say, you have our sympathy on the "swearing like a sailor" bit as our tiny sister did a lot of that when she arrived three weeks ago.

We're really looking forward to seeing her!

Thanks for visiting us Goldie.

We had to laugh at "swearing like a sailor" it's such a great way of describing a feisty cat. We can't wait to see her!

Love your expression in that last picture.

Oh Goldie, how exciting! We can't wait to hear all about this new little lady in your life:) We know all about those sweary ladycats. We had first paw experience with Evie. We didn't tell mum what she was saying, but she is fairly sure it would make her blush.

Hurry up and introduce us to your sister!:)

Congrats on the little sister. Having two sisters is OK. I miss my brothers who have gone on to the rainbow bridge though. ~Socks

We can't wait to meet her! Mom would love to get a 3rd kitty. So far, we have been able to disuade her by hissing and whapping anycat that even comes near us.

Goldie, the look on your face is telling! I hope she's not a bad influence on you, being as she swears like a sailor.

I'd like to have a furbling, too, but our present living arrangement prohibits the addition of another yakker, so, I'm....alone.

Like everyone above I had to laugh very hard at the "swearing like a sailor" expression. I'm really curious about her and have many questions - but I'll just content myself until tomorrow. This is very exciting!

Wow - that's some seriously big news (and we almost missed it - dang Mommy, always so bizzy!)!!!! We're super excited to meet any kitty that can play THoE by themselves.

Mommy said that loved this ost! She absolutely loves that last picture of you Goldie, it's a perfect expression, and then the "swearing like a sailor" part is too funny. She also has a fondness for three kitty households (well obviously Mommy)!
