Trying to Help

Trying to Help

Hello furriends!

Things are really busy here with both wee ones being homeschooled now. The PM is doing her own science and history curriculum so most of her free time has been taken up with school work.  I offered to help with the planning to give her a paw and get things moving a little but I wasn't much help.  Did you know that  huge creatures like lizards on mega growth hormones walked around millions and millions of years ago?

Really they did.

Don't think about it too hard. Kind of made me dizzy.

Had to take a long nap.

Don't stress about those mega lizards, Goldie! We're pretty sure they're extinct!

OOOh your Wee Ones are so lucky to be studying dinosaurs! Our mum was a huge dinosaur nerd, and used to set up her own 'digs' in the backyard. She'd get our grandad to bury some of her plastic dinosaurs in the sandpit and she would spend all afternoon roping off areas and digging with little spades and paint brushes.

Me, on the other hand? I'd like to meet those dinosaurs and give them a good CHOMP! I wonder if they taste as good as their modern day cousins?

Since kitties are such good lizard hunters today...I'm betting that in the age of the mega lizards...there were mega kitties! Yeah, I'm sure of it!

We heard that those giant lizards never wash themselves so they became stinked and then died out from lack of fresh air

That's how our mom felt about school too. LOL. She's very glad those days are long gone. Now she just looks and feels that way about work! :-D

Felix wants to have a go at one of those great big lizards! He's got a rep to maintain...

I thought maybe it might make the cats of the Katnip Lounge think twice before hunting lizards again, but no -- it seems not! LOL!

Wow, your mama sure is one busy lady! It must not leave much time for blogging.

I'm sure she appreciates your help, Goldie!

Big Pinkie told me that the giant lizards all moved to the mountains behind our house and that they only come out at night to snack on unsuspecting misbehaving cats. I am beginning to suspect both the truth of his statement and his motives...
