This is the last of my favorite places to nap series. This one is not for the faint of heart. Only mancats and ladycats who endure such extreme activities as ice peeing should attempt this.

Thanks everyone for their purrs for the sick ones here. They are feeling much much better! They spent most of the time like this.

I also took a chance by sleeping next to this moutain but it was worth the risk. Had a comforting cave feel!

Goldie~ Folks, I will be continuing with more mancat posts next week. The wee lad's fever was still high so they went in town to see the doctor. He's OK, just fighting off a nasty bug, but the PM ended up staying in town awhile as she was worried he would take a turn for the worse. They are back home now but the MM is feeling ill so I think it will be a weekend of plenty of resting!! Yesterday was Banshee's Gotcha Day, so I am going to hand the post over to her so she can share her day with you all.

Banshee~ Yes, I can hardly believe that I have been here a whole year already. After being at the animal shelter for six months, I figured I wasn't going to have a forever home. But, I had some luck on my side and was finally adopted. I can now finally say that I have settled in. I don't care for being picked up still but last week I started sitting on the PM's lap when she reads to the wee ones at night. A nice way to end the day.



To celebrate my big day yesteday we all got some tuna!!!!! Very exciting. I almost ripped the PM's hand off trying to get at my dish midair.







Shade even ate her plateful and she doesn't eat anything other than dry food normally.



I got some wonderful mousies too!! There were three such mousies here when I arrived and I have pretty much destoyed them. I was very excited to see some new ones!!













I then took a hour long bath and a looong nap in the afternoon sun.

The PM brought home a nice basket and of course I had to try it out.



Yep, I think it will suffice.

I have been feeling rather left out on the blog, quite a bit of girlie chatter going on. I have decided to dedicate most of this week to myself. Flood the blog with apricot floof for a change!!

The beans arrived home last night with both of the wee ones feverish. The PM was concerning herself with helping the Music Man carry them inside from the car and she held the door open for him. I saw my chance and I bolted out the door, across the yard and up a pine tree. It was dark and the moon was full. I was so excited to be out. I ran down the tree and went straight up another!!

The PM was upset as she was thinking I would take off to the field and not want to come in. We have coyote poo in the yard and the PM knows they roam around at night so she had to get me in. I climbed down the tree and she slowly walked over talking to me. I started rolling around in the pine needles and she scooped me up and I let her bring me in. I was purring up a storm, so excited to have had a moonlight run!

I have also decided, this week, that I am going to display some of the interesting napping spots I have here out in the woods.

Today's interesting perch is the wire basket on a shelf in the kitchen.



Surprisingly comfy. The PM loves the floof spillage.
