When the evening had cooled off I headed upstairs to check out the great things we had received from Sei-Chan, Tama-Chan and Tom.
I was just getting into the thick of things when I kept getting rudely interupted.
This was one thing I hated about being in the city. Every once in awhile these trucks and cars would come zooming by screaming with flashing lights. Very hard on a cat's nerves. The PM explained to me that they were safety vehicles that went to help people who were in trouble or hurt.
I think if I was hurt and then saw these loud flashing beasts speeding towards me, I'd go from bad to worse pretty quick. I think what they need are quiet soft flying contraptions that could fly fast but were very gentle and soothing when they picked you up. Not these nerve jangling metal monsters. These would also supply ham on demand.

I think you have a good idea there!
Those metal things you talk about sound horrible, Goldie. We're glad they don't come into our garden.
Don't you think the Tapir sounds like a bird? Ha!
Ah, we hate these rescue cars too. We live outskirts but near a fire department. The humans says that is very good if there is a fire in the house and they have not a far way to come to delete the fire....but we hate it if they have a fire alarm.
We have fun toy with feathers like you too.
Our human says the PM did a great job with our christmas swap last year because we loved your felted shrew very much....so much that it is damaged now.
The human would love to do another swap, so please mail us next time.

There is a hospital close to us, and the ambulances used to send us heading for the wardrobe a LOT when we first moved. They are hard to get used to! We think your idea is a very good one.
We don't like those loud noises either! Fortunately here on the island we don't get that much...
We hear you! We live in the city and those beasts pass by often. It always makes us hide
we hate hate hate the car, it makes us scream. Ben seems to enjoy it. but what does he know?
I hink you have the best idea..I have to agree.. Hugs GJ x
You are such a smart one! Grete would be forever grateful if you silenced those beasts. They make her howl.
We are also in 100% agreement about the dispensing of ham! Brilliant.
We hate that sound too. What is even worse where we live, we live in a condo and have a fire alarm system in the hallways. That thing will blow your eardrums out!
Your fev-vers go so nicely with your furs.
We love your idea! Those noisy things really work our nerves too!
I'm sorry your play time was interrupted by loud sirens. But I love that feather toy. It looks like one of the best I've seen yet.

Did the toy smell of my lovely Tama-Chan? I imagine it would smell like fresh cut grass and roses. *sigh*
Goldie, I like the way you think.
We hate the city wide siren testing every first monday of the month. We just had the fifth one of our life and still aren't used to it.
Know what you mean Goldie!! When Mom & I lived in the city,on a very busy road we heard those loud machines a lot!!Mom said we were close to a fire station.
We still live near a fire ststion, but not on the main road. The noise is not nearly as loud :) We like your idea too :)
