Until We Meet Again

Until We Meet Again

The past few months, we have lost a few dear friends. We had stopped doing individual posts as we found it too hard but we still want to remember our friends who have left for The Bridge.

One of our first friends, Halloween

The expert huntress, LC

The gardening faerie, Charybdis

Dear furiends, may you be at peace at the Bridge, surrounded by friends who have come before. We picture you frolicking in the open fields with the warm wind in your fur.

Very nice post. We didn't know Halloween or LC but we did know Charybdis. We send purrs to their families.

This is a very touching post ! but I am glad that Rosie isn't mentioned in here. I could take her home today, blood tests were OK, no diabetes, but she still doesn't eat or drink. It's a mistery ! Everything seems normal with her. Thank you so much for your kind words !

This is so sweet and I am sure means a lot to their families -- it is always hard to lose a beloved pet.

Too many gone over the Bridge...

But we thank you so much for mentioning LC. We miss her really much. We called her "Sister". but she was really our "Auntie LC" cause she was much older that us.

Her absence is felt here every day...

That is a lovely tribute to departed friends. We received a wonderful gift in the mail yesterday...a hairy blankie from Peggy's Place! the note indicated that it was from you guys (as well as Siena and Chilli, The Pouponette cats, and Cliff and Olivia)...thank you purry much!! It is beautiful, soft, and comfy.

Every loss is like the first. It is so wonderful when the tears subside and we can remember the precious moments.
